This is a simple one page PDF that you can use to create some things you can do for 6 days in a row.
Write down some examples of positive activities such as “went for a walk”, “took 5 large breaths”, “met w/ friend(s)”, “skipped dessert”, “3 min meditation”, “got dressed”, whatever. Start with 1 or 2 activities and later add activities in weeks to come. If you have difficulty knowing what to write try googling, “positive habits.”
Each day repeat that activity/habit for 6 days. Make it simple so it stays enjoyable
